RHU SPRINT kick-off meeting

The kick-off meeting for the RHU SPRINT hospital-university research project, Synergy to accelerate therapeutic innovation in cutaneous T lymphoma, took place on Monday, May 27, 2024.

Under the aegis of the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR), the partners in this project, for which Université Paris Cité is the coordinating institution, met on the premises of Université Paris Cité’s Villemin Faculty of Health: APHP, Inserm, CHU de Bordeaux, HCL, Domain Therapeutics, TheraPanacea, the Groupe Français d’Etude des Lymphomes Cutanés (GFELC), and the patient associations ELLyE and EuroBloodNet.

 

This afternoon of exchange was an opportunity to present the project from a scientific, administrative and financial angle, and to enable the partners to understand the expectations of the ANR, which is contributing 30% of the funding: €9,664,690, the total cost of the project being €29,821,757.

 

This was the first stage of a 5-year program led by Pr Adèle de Masson, PU-PH – Université Paris Cité / AP-HP, which aims to develop new diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic tools for cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, in order to transform the future of patients suffering from these diseases, usually considered incurable.

The RHU SPRINT has received government funding managed by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche under the France 2030 program, under the reference ANR-23-RHUS-0009.
